Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth stepped out for a date night in West Hollywood last week. On October 5, PEOPLE Magazine reported that Miley and her fiance attended her sister Brandi's show at Troubadour. Rumors that the couple was having problems were almost instantly debunked when the pair—looking happy and normal—were spotted out and about with Miley's family.

"They watched the show from the balcony and cheered the girls on," shared an onlooker. Obviously things between Miley and Liam are just fine and any rumors to the contrary are simply false. The young couple seem very in love and fans enjoy hearing that they are doing well.

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth aren't getting down to the serious wedding planning just yet, but they are engaged and they do plan on tying the knot, regardless of how young they are. Miley is thrilled to have snatched up such a great guy and, as she says, she got him to "put a ring on it." They might have the odds stacked against them but they are making things work.

0 How to Upgrade HTC Desire to Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean

HTC Desire has for long been sidelined by its maker, as newer handsets have hogged the limelight with official Jelly Bean stock ROMs available out of the box. HTC has barely managed to keep up with the competition, as older handsets are still running on Android 2.3 (Gingerbread OS) and that is where Android developers have stepped in to users' rescue by unleashing a flurry of custom ROMs and regular Jelly Bean updates.

Thanks to XDA Developers forum member, bWorks, HTC Desire users can now relish the Jelly Bean goodness through the CyanogenMod 10 (CM10) port for Android 4.1.1. As Android Authority notes, bWorks has managed to port the CM10 version of Jelly Bean from Nexus One to the Desire, along with Google Apps preloaded to the ROM. That would mean Android users have one less hitch to bother about when they upgrade their HTC smartphones to the latest Android 4.1.1 software.

How to Upgrade HTC Desire to Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean with CM10

1. Without extracting, copy the CyanogenMod 10 ROM file you downloaded to your device's SD card.
2. Power off the phone and boot into recovery. To do so, press and hold down the Volume Down and Power buttons until the device boots into Bootloader Mode.

1. Use the Volume keys to navigate through the options and highlight Recovery. Then select it using the Power button.
2. Take a NANDroid backup of your current ROM. Then, choose Backup and Restore and hit Backup.
3. Tap Wipe data/factory reset and confirm the action on the next screen.
4. Choose Install ZIP from SD card.
5. Click Choose ZIP from SD card and select the CyanogenMod 10 ROM file.
6. Hit Go back.
7. Finally, tap Reboot system now to bootup into the CM10 based Jelly Bean OS.

Your HTC Desire phone is now installed with CyanogenMod 10 based Jelly Bean update.

0 April Jones: 100 police in hunt for missing girl

Supt Ian John says the search is entering "another phase"

Police are doubling their efforts with 100 specialist officers becoming involved in the search for missing five-year-old April Jones.

It comes as mountain rescue search teams suspended their searches for April who was last seen outside her home in Machynlleth, Powys on Monday.

On Sunday, around 1,000 people took part in a special church service.

Mark Bridger has been charged with murder, child abduction and attempting to pervert the course of justice.

He is due before magistrates in Aberystwyth on Monday.

Simon Woodhead, speaking on Behalf of the volunteer Mountain Rescue search teams, said after combing through more than 230 areas covering 70 sq km, "the areas and searches are more suited to the police teams than they are to mountain rescue teams."

"We have covered a huge area but unfortunately not been successful," he said

Supt Ian John said the operation to find April was moving to a new phase using specialist police search teams

Mr John from Dyfed-Powys Police said police would increase of to 18 teams with 100 officers INVOLVED.

He said the search would continue in and around the river, the forest and mountains.

'Methodical search'

"The search does continue and that will centre around here," said Mr John speaking outside St Peter's Church where on Sunday morning around 1,000 people had gathered for a special church service.

"We are going to have almost double the amount of police search teams we have had over the last couple of days," he said.

"We are upping our numbers to 18 teams which will be over 100 officers, so our efforts are completely focused on working through this operation and bringing it to a conclusion."

Earlier on Sunday he said that 10 specialist police teams were "continuing to conduct a systematic and methodical search in and around the town".

But said that there would be a "change in resourcing but not in intensity" as the search for April continued.

"I would like to pay tribute to the Mountain Rescue teams who have worked themselves to a standstill in the search for April," said Mr John.

"We will be keeping April's family fully updated on progress of the investigation.

'Sweet April'

"We are maintaining the momentum of the search and we remain totally focused and committed to finding April," he added.

At a special service led by parish priest the Reverend Kathleen Rogers and the Bishop of Bangor the Rt Rev Andrew John, a pink candle was lit for April.

Ahead of the service, around 600 people had taken part in a silent procession through the town to the packed church.

Many people had to stand outside for the service which was not attended by April's parents.

The Rev Rogers told the congregation that the community and searchers could not bring "sweet and innocent April home as we had hoped".

Speaking after the service, Bishop John said: "Machynlleth has given the world a human face to that word compassion."

"Heather is completely devastated the sex tape has appeared in public and doesn't want to talk about it," Clem's "friend" told radaronline.com.

"She thinks it puts her in a bad light - it's not as if Hulk's a hunk and it's a pretty embarrassing moment."

"What's worse is Hulk's interruptions - stopping Heather when she's performing a sex act to check his cell phone and then admitting he felt like a pig because he ate too much right before after they finished up... the video makes her look like a peace of meat," the friend continued.

"Heather didn't want her friends and family knowing that she had sex with Hulk Hogan - he's very corny."

"It was a private moment, and wasn't meant to be shared with anyone else."

The 30 minute footage was allegedly taped "without Hogan's knowledge or permission," according to Hogan's lawyer.

"We are going to do everything in our power to figure out who did it. Anyone displaying the tape will be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law."

 It was taped during the time he was still married to then wife Linda Hogan.  Linda actually admitted that she "wasn't really shocked about it."

Hulk Hogan is best known for being a professional wrestler, the star of his own reality show, "Hogan Knows Best" and many feature films, including classics like "Thunder In Paradise," "Thunder In Paradise 2" and "Thunder In Paradise 3."

Now, he can add his name to the list of other celebrities like Paris Hilton, Rob Lowe, Tommy Lee and Pamela Anderson.

Yes, an alleged sex tape of the Hulk has surfaced on the Internet. And the video appears to feature Hogan having sex with the ex-wife of the wrestler’s best friend, a Tampa, Fla.,-based radio deejay known as Bubba the Love Sponge, according to a posting on Gawker.com reported on bynumerous news web sites Friday.

According to the NJ.com, Hogan’s lawyer said if the tape was genuine, it was “an outrageous invasion of privacy and breach of trust.” Now the lawyer says that anyone showing footage from the tape “will be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law.”

NJ.com goes on to report that, "Hogan does not appear to be aware that the tape was being shot (the camera appears to be positioned in the corner of the ceiling), and early in the video, after Hogan engages in a sex act with the woman, a man off-camera tells the couple to “do your thing,” and apparently leaves. Is it Bubba himself? No way to know, although we glean from Hogan's conversation with the woman that the video was shot in a home within driving distance to Hogan's Clearwater, Fla., home."

Sex tapes featuring celebrities have been accidentally leaked - or sometimes perhaps not - to the public for years. Along with Anderson, Lee, Lowe and Hilton, the list of other semi celebrities seems to get bigger each year.

The 59-year-old former wrestler went by many nicknames in the ring besides Hulk Hogan. Other nicknames included The Super Destroyer and Mr. America.
